He manages the company’s retail and wholesale trade operations for food and wellness products, leading market research, product selection, supplier negotiations, and merchandising strategies for sales across Canada and the U.S. He also oversees inventory, distribution, and digital marketplace operations, while ensuring compliance with Health Canada, CFIA, and CBSA requirements.

Her research focuses on psychological capital and suicide prevention, including a longitudinal study on suicide ideation. She is an award-winning leader and philanthropist, delivering major resources to underserved communities in Guyana, and holds a Ph.D., Juris Master (distinction), and MBA. Dr. Rita works with AgeScience as a Research Project Advisory Director.
